Prices are per rental day, VAT included. Deposits shown are the minimum; the deposit is the lower of the plan deposit and the vehicle category deposit. Every car is insured for rental use and maintained to our standard; 24/7 roadside assistance is included on every plan.
Fine print, in plain English
What no cover includes
Waivers don't apply to damage caused by unauthorised drivers, driving under the influence, negligence, off-road use in non-4x4 vehicles, incorrect fuel, or unreported incidents. See section 6 of our rental terms.
Is insurance included?
Every rental includes Essential Cover: collision and theft damage waivers, third-party liability and 24/7 roadside assistance. An excess applies; reduce it to R7,500 with Signature Cover or to zero with Black Cover.
What isn't covered?
Damage caused by negligence, driving under the influence, unauthorised drivers, off-road use in non-4x4 vehicles, or breaches of the rental agreement is not covered by any waiver. Personal belongings are not covered.
What should I do in an accident?
Make sure everyone is safe, call our 24/7 emergency line, and report the accident at the nearest SAPS station within 24 hours to obtain a case number. Do not admit liability.
